“Good day! Last Thursday’s static storm disabled out fridge, noticed on Friday at the end of the day. Understanding we had to wait till Monday for any assistance by anyone; we left our phone number and was contacted by you Sunday evening. We had an extra fridge that defrayed our problem with food storage. Tony was on sight early Monday morning, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part from out of town….
